I havnt got a day without drinking in about a year. The past month or so ive overdone it. So im going to see if i can cut it down. At the moment its about 15+ beers a week. Lets see how it goes.
Also i have to get back into the fitness regeime, been a while since i could do 200 sit ups and run far, shit i could cycle to ashford in a few hours at one point.
